Comprehensive Warranty | 3 Years or 100,000km
The warranty covers any defect that is attributable to a manufacturing or assembly fault under normal use for a period of 3 years or 100,000km, whichever comes first.
The warranty covers the cost of towing your vehicle to the nearest authorised repairer in the event of a breakdown immobilising your vehicle, if that breakdown is the result of a warrantable defect.
This 3 years or 100,000km* comprehensive warranty is standard on all of our Toyota vehicles.
Applies to Hybrid, Plug-In Hybrid and Battery Electric.

Hybrid Battery Warranty | 5 Years or 100,000km
The Hybrid Battery Warranty covers components within the drivetrain system for 5 years or 100,000km.
- Hybrid System components
- The Hybrid Battery
- Hybrid Battery electronic control unit
- The Hybrid System Central Electronic control unit
- The Hybrid System Inverter & Converter
Applies to Hybrid and Plug-In Hybrid Vehicles.

Hybrid Battery Extended Care | 15 Years or 1,000,000kms
When you service your Toyota within the Toyota Network, you will also receive a Hybrid Battery Health Check as standard.
When the vehicle passes its Hybrid Health Check, you get Hybrid Battery Extended Care for 1 Year or 15,000km*
This cover can continue each year up to 15 Years or 1,000,000km*.
Ensure that you get your next service and Hybrid Battery Health Check before 15,000km or 1 Year, whichever comes first, to ensure that you remain in contract and there is no gap in cover.
Applies to Hybrid and Plug-In Hybrid.

EV Warranty | 5 Years or 100,000km
The warranty covers any defect that is attributable to a manufacturing or assembly fault under normal use for 5 years or 100,000km*.

- EV System Components
- The EV Motor
- The EV Battery
- The EV system inverter and converter

EV Battery Guarantee | 8 Years or 160,000km
The EV Battery Guarantee is our promise that your EV Battery will retain at least 70% of its original battery capacity after 8 years or 160,000km.*
Covers:
- EV Battery Degradation

EV Extended Battery Care | 10 Years or 1,000,000kms
When the vehicle passes its EV Health Check, you get EV Battery Extended care for 1 Year or 15,000 km whichever comes first up to 10 years vehicle age or 1,000,000kms.*
